We want you to feel your best, so if your Chillhouse purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns on most unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain beauty and wellness items must be in their original, sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact, and include your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
